Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes. Our standard call-out is $99, which covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site. Most small jobs are finished in that time. Anything bigger gets a fixed written price before we start.
How quickly can you get to me?
For booked work we can usually offer a same-day or next-day time. For emergencies, call 07 5550 1420 at any hour and a licensed electrician will tell you when we can be there.
Can you quote from photos?
Often, yes. Photos of your switchboard, the area you want worked on and any existing fittings let us give a fixed price for most smaller jobs without a site visit.
