Coomera electricians

Coomera is home base. Our vans leave Foxwell Road every morning.

Coomera covers a lot of ground for one postcode. There are townhouse complexes and new estates around Westfield Coomera and the train station, family homes in Coomera Waters, the boat builders and marine trades along the river, and a few older acreage blocks that predate all of it. Each brings a different kind of electrical work, from body corporate meter panels to three-phase machinery.

Because the workshop is here, Coomera jobs are usually the easiest for us to fit in. A switchboard check, an extra circuit or a tripping safety switch can often be looked at the same day, and the van carries the common boards, breakers and RCDs so most repairs are finished on the first visit.

Local knowledge

Common electrical issues in Coomera homes

The jobs that come up most around the town centre, Coomera Waters and the marine precinct.

01

Townhouse meter panels and body corporate rules

Many Coomera townhouses share a main switchroom with individual meters and a small sub-board inside each unit. Upgrades need body corporate approval and Energex paperwork, which we prepare for the committee.

02

Three-phase in marine and trade workshops

Boat builders, fabricators and service workshops near the river run welders, compressors and lifting gear. We install and maintain three-phase circuits and test the safety switches that protect them.

03

Solar inverters on newer roofs

Plenty of Coomera homes added solar after they were built, sometimes with the inverter wired to a board that has no spare space. We tidy these up and make the board ready for a battery.

04

Older riverside homes and acreage

The original houses along the Coomera River often still have rewireable fuses, long underground runs to sheds and pumps, and very little RCD protection.

What Coomera clients say

“They were literally around the corner and it showed.”

Called at 8am about a safety switch that would not reset and the electrician was here before nine. Found a faulty outdoor power point and replaced it on the spot.

Coomera · Fault finding

“Handled the body corporate side for us, which was the hard part.”

Our townhouse board was full. They sent the committee a short report, got approval and did the upgrade in half a day.

Marcus T.

Coomera · Switchboard upgrade

“Our workshop finally has power that keeps up.”

New three-phase circuits for the welder and compressor, neatly run and labelled. Quote matched the invoice exactly.

FAQs

Coomera questions

Where exactly are you based in Coomera?

Our workshop and van base is at Foxwell Road, Coomera. We do not run a shopfront: every job is done on site at your home or business.

How fast can you get to a Coomera job?

Most booked work can be done the same day or the next. For emergencies, typical arrival in Coomera is 30 to 45 minutes, and often quicker because we are already in the suburb.

Can you work in a townhouse complex?

Yes. We regularly work in Coomera complexes and handle the body corporate side: a short scope for the committee, access to the main switchroom, and Energex paperwork where a meter is involved.

Do you install three-phase power for workshops?

Yes. We quote the supply upgrade, the new circuits and any isolators your machinery needs, and coordinate with Energex if the incoming supply has to change.

Who is the electricity network in Coomera?

Energex looks after the network in Coomera. We lodge the paperwork for meter, solar and supply changes on your behalf.
